Saratoga Homes began as a local, family owned home builder in El Paso, Texas in 1983 with firm commitment to build the best quality home at an affordable price, because every family deserves to have their own home.  Twenty seven years later, Saratoga Homes still believes in this philosophy and our commitment to our home owners is as strong as ever.

Our homes are designed and built with the home owner in mind, and we take extra steps to ensure that we are able to deliver a quality product to every family.  We take periodic surveys to find out what families are looking for in their homes and implement those changes that are most desired by our buyers.

Saratoga Homes has a complete commitment to buyer satisfaction for every step of the home buying process.  The Buyer Satisfaction Group contacts each and every homebuyer during the home buying process and up to a year after move-in.  From this information we are able to constantly improve our product.

At the end of the day, our goal is to provide the best overall value to our customers and to do that requires a lot of commitment.  That is why we say “The Difference is in our Commitment”.

The average person probably can't tell you what it truly means to be a family home builder. In fact, the average builder probably can't tell you the true meaning either. To a lot of people, the meaning may not be significant, but here at Saratoga Homes the meaning is truly paramount.

At Saratoga Homes we know what it means to be a builder. It means much more than building houses; it means building homes. It means building neighborhoods and bolstering communities, not just laying out subdivisions. Most importantly, it means building lasting relationships. Because when all the building is done, the best we can hope for are strong relationships with our homebuyers.

To us, being a builder also means being a neighbor, because we stay where we build. We put offices in our neighborhoods and many of our employees live among our homebuyers. This allows us to have a realistic perspective of our numbers, ensuring that we never forget who those numbers represent. We believe that any company can plant the seed of a community, but only a builder will nurture it and guide that community and allow it to thrive.
